İade ve Değişim Yapılacak Üründe Lütfen Aşağıdaki Hususları Dikkate Alınız
- Ürün paketi açılırken yıpranmamış ve yırtılmamışsa,
- Ürün herhangi bir hasar görmemişse (çizik, bozulma, deforme vb)
- Ürün kullanılmamışsa,
- Ekran Koruyucu / Kırılmaz Cam ürünlerinde kutusu veya ürün kullanılmış veya zarar verilmişse hiç bir şekilde kabul edilmeden alıcı ödemeleri geri gönderilecektir.

*Kişiye özel tek kullanımlık ürünlerde, paketi açıldığında işlevini yitiren ürünlerde, Paketi açıldığında tekrar kullanılamayacak paketli ürünlerde, ekran koruyucu/kırılmaz cam,batarya, hafıza kartı ve kişiye özel baskılı kılıflarda iade ve değişim yapılamamaktadır.

14 gün içinde cayma hakkınızı kullanarak değişim veya iade yapabilirsiniz. Ürün değişimlerinde size gönderilmiş olan ürün veya ürünler tam ve eksiksiz olarak bize ulaşması gerekmektedir. Eksik gönderilen veya kullanıcı taraflı zarar verilmiş ürünler kabul edilemez ve tarafınıza tekrar gönderim sağlanır.
Sipariş değişikliklerinde Kilifplus.com tarafından bir hata ya da yanlış ürün gönderimi yapıldıysa değişim işlemlerinde kargo ücretsizdir. Müşteri kaynaklı hatalarda kargo ücreti müşterilerimiz tarafından karşılanmaktadır.
Müşteri taraflı oluşan kargo teslim alınmaması durumlarında kargo ücreti müşteri tarafına ücret iadesi yapılırken kargo ücreti içerisinden düşülerek iadesi yapılmaktadır.
